1. 删掉某一样东西Delete one thing

产品里直接就能删,立刻生效:

  • 素材:Creative 里,鼠标移到素材上,点右上角的垃圾桶。文件会一起删掉。
  • 数据表里的一行:进那张表,选中那一行删掉。
  • AI 员工 / 流程 / 任务:各自的页面里都能删。
  • 上传的业务资料:进项目设置,在资料列表里删。

2. 删掉某一位客户的全部信息Delete one customer's data

你的客户有权要求你删掉他的信息,而我们必须让你做得到。

你的客户跟你的 AI 员工聊过之后,系统里会留下他的对话和整理出来的信息。 他要求删除时,你可以按这个人定向删掉 —— 只删他一个,不影响别的客户。

⚠️ 客户对话的原始记录存在一个不对外开放的地方:系统内部可以读它来改进服务, 但没有任何调取和导出的功能。不过它必须删得掉 —— 这是你的客户的权利。

找不到入口、或者需要我们协助的,写信到 hello@1manhq.com,注明是「客户数据删除请求」。

3. 删掉整个账号Delete your whole account

写信到 hello@1manhq.com,用你注册的那个邮箱发,标题写「注销账号」。我们会:

  • 先跟你确认一次(避免有人冒用你的邮箱)。
  • 删掉你的账号、项目、AI 员工、流程、素材、数据表和运行记录。
  • 删掉你填的 API 密钥。
  • 30 天内办完,办完告诉你一声。

删了就没了,找不回来。要留底的东西请先自己导出:数据表可以导出,素材可以下载。

备份里的副本会在滚动周期内自然过期(最多 30 天),之后不再保留。

4. 从 Facebook / Instagram 来的删除请求Requests from Meta

在 Facebook 的「设置 → 应用和网站」里对 1ManHQ 点「删除数据」, Facebook 会把请求转给我们,并给你一个确认码。

目前 1ManHQ 的 Facebook / Instagram 连接功能还没有上线。
所以我们这边不存在任何通过 Facebook 账号关联进来的数据 —— 收到这类请求时,没有可删的东西。这一页会如实这么告诉你, 而不是给你一个「已删除」的假交代。

等这个功能上线后,这一页会更新,届时删除会真的执行。

Delete a single item. Assets, data table rows, AI crew, workflows, jobs and uploaded documents can all be deleted directly inside the product, and take effect immediately.

Delete one customer's data. If one of your own customers asks you to erase their information, you can delete that individual's data without affecting anyone else. Raw customer conversations are held in a store with no retrieval or export function, but they remain deletable — that is your customer's right and we must let you honour it. Email hello@1manhq.com with the subject "customer data deletion request" if you need help.

Delete your entire account. Email hello@1manhq.com from your registered address with the subject "delete my account". We confirm it is really you, then delete your account, projects, crew, workflows, assets, data tables, run records and stored API keys. Completed within 30 days. This cannot be undone — export anything you want to keep first. Backup copies expire on a rolling cycle of up to 30 days.

Requests from Facebook or Instagram. You can request deletion from Facebook's Settings → Apps and Websites, and Facebook will forward the request to us with a confirmation code. Please note that 1ManHQ's Facebook / Instagram connection is not yet live, so no data on our side is linked to a Facebook account and there is nothing to delete. We state this plainly rather than returning a false "deleted" confirmation. If you believe we still hold your information, email us with your confirmation code and we will investigate and reply within 30 days.
