In one sentence

我们存三样东西:你的账号、你放进来的业务资料、你的 AI 员工替你干活留下的记录。
你填的 API 密钥加密保存、任何界面都不显示明文、也永远不提供导出。
你随时可以要求删掉全部数据,或者只删某一位客户的数据 —— 怎么删看这里。

1. 我们是谁Who we are

1ManHQ(以下称「我们」)是一个 AI 自动化平台,网址 1manhq.com, 由位于马来西亚的开发者运营。任何与隐私有关的问题,写信到 hello@1manhq.com。

2. 我们收集什么What we collect

只收这些,没有别的:

  • 账号信息 —— 你注册用的邮箱,以及你自己填的显示名和头像。
  • 你放进来的内容 —— 项目描述、上传的业务资料、 素材库里的图片和视频、数据表里的记录、你搭的 AI 员工和流程的配置。
  • 运行记录 —— 你的流程和任务每跑一次, 每一步的输入和产出会被记下来,好让你能排查哪一步出了问题。
  • 你填的第三方密钥 —— 见第 4 条,处理方式跟别的完全不同。
  • 必要的技术信息 —— 保持你登录状态的 Cookie,以及服务器为排障产生的错误日志。

我们没有接任何第三方追踪或广告工具。没有 Google Analytics,没有像素代码,不做用户画像,不把你的数据卖给或分享给广告商。 这一条不是承诺以后不做 —— 是描述现在的事实;如果将来要接,我们会先改这份文件并通知你。

3. 我们怎么用这些数据How we use it

  • 把产品跑起来:让你的 AI 员工带着你的业务背景干活、让流程跑通、让你找得到素材。
  • 计量:统计你这个月生成了多少图片和视频,好按套餐额度结算。
  • 排障:出错时定位问题。
  • 跟你联系:服务通知,以及你自己绑定的 Telegram 提醒。

我们不拿你的业务内容去训练任何模型。

4. 你填的 API 密钥Your API keys

密钥加密之后才存进数据库, 解密用的主钥匙不在数据库里。所以:
· 数据库整个被拖走,也读不出你的密钥
· 我们自己在任何界面上也只看得到打码后的样子
· 永不提供导出 —— 没有任何功能能把明文取出来

它只在一种情况下被解开:你的员工或流程真的要去调那个服务时, 在服务器内存里解开、用完即弃,不写进任何日志和运行记录。

5. 你的客户的数据Your customers' data

这是最要紧的一条。你用 1ManHQ 跟你的客户打交道时, 你的客户的对话和信息会经过我们。

在法律上:你是数据控制者,我们是数据处理者。
意思是:决定「为什么收集你客户的数据、收集哪些」的人是你;我们只按你的指示存储和处理。向你的客户履行告知义务、取得他们同意,是你的责任,不是我们的。详见服务条款第 5 条。

关于这些数据,我们做两件事:

  • 客户的原始对话进「密封黑箱」 —— 系统内部可以读它来改进给你的服务,但不提供任何调取和导出的功能,我们的人也不去翻。
  • 但它必须删得掉 —— 你的某一位客户要求删除自己的信息时,你能定向删掉那一个人的数据, 不影响别人。这是他们的权利,我们必须让你做得到。

请不要把高度敏感的信息放进来： 银行卡号、身份证/护照号、健康诊断记录等。 产品没有为这类信息做专门的保护设计,请你在源头就不要收集或输入。

6. 谁会碰到你的数据Who else touches your data

只有让产品跑起来必需的服务商,并且只是必需的那部分:

  • Supabase —— 数据库、文件存储、登录。 你的数据存在那里。
  • 你自己选的 AI 服务商 —— 你的员工干活时,相关内容会发给你自己填了密钥的那一家(比如 DeepSeek)。 发什么由你搭的流程决定。
  • Telegram —— 只在你自己绑定了通知之后, 且只发送通知内容。
  • 你自己接进来的服务 —— 你在流程里填的任何网址或接口,会收到你让它收到的东西。那是你的选择。

除此之外不出售、不出租、不与广告商分享你的数据。 只有在法律强制要求时才会配合披露。

7. 存多久How long we keep it

账号还在,数据就在 —— 因为那是你在用的东西。 你删掉某一项(素材、数据表的一行、一条流程),我们就删掉它。 你注销账号,我们删掉全部,见第 8 条。

备份里的副本会在滚动周期内自然过期(最多 30 天),之后不再保留。

8. 你的权利Your rights

  • 看:你放进来的东西,在产品里本来就都看得到。
  • 改:随时改。
  • 删:删单项、删某一位客户的全部、或者删掉整个账号。
  • 带走:你的数据表可以导出;素材可以下载。

怎么操作见 删除我的数据。也可以直接写信到 hello@1manhq.com,我们会在 30 天内处理。

9. 数据存在哪Where your data lives

数据存放在我们的服务商(Supabase)的服务器上,可能位于马来西亚境外。 你使用本服务即表示了解这一点。

10. 未成年人Children

这是给做生意的人用的工具,不面向未满 18 岁的人。 我们不会有意收集未成年人的信息。

11. 这份文件会变Changes

产品在长,这份文件也会跟着改。有实质变化时,我们会更新顶上的日期并在产品内通知你。

1ManHQ (1manhq.com) is an AI automation platform operated from Malaysia. Contact: hello@1manhq.com.

What we collect. Your account email and profile; content you put in (project descriptions, uploaded documents, media assets, data tables, the AI crew and workflows you build); run records of what your automations did; API keys you enter; and the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We use no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, and we do not profile users or sell data.

How we use it. To run the product, to meter your monthly generation quota, to fix errors, and to send you service notifications. We do not train any model on your content.

API keys. Encrypted before storage, with the master key held outside the database. They are never displayed in plaintext and no export path exists. They are decrypted only in server memory at the moment a call is made, and never written to logs or run records.

Your customers' data. Where you use 1ManHQ to communicate with your own customers, you are the data controller and we are the data processor. Informing your customers and obtaining their consent is your responsibility. Raw customer conversations are held in a sealed store: the system may read them to improve your service, but no retrieval or export function exists. They can, however, always be deleted on a per-customer basis, so that you can honour a deletion request from any individual.

Processors. Supabase (database, file storage, authentication); the AI provider you choose and supply your own key for; Telegram, only if you connect it; and any service you yourself connect in a workflow. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

Retention and your rights. We keep your data while your account is active. You may view, correct, export, and delete your data at any time, including deleting a single customer's data or your entire account — see Delete my data. Requests sent to hello@1manhq.com are handled within 30 days. Backups expire on a rolling cycle of up to 30 days.

Data is stored on our providers' servers, which may be located outside Malaysia. This service is not directed at anyone under 18.
